Thank you for your commitment to bringing Jesus into your child’s life. We hope you and your child love your product. If we made a mistake, we are happy to make it right.
Order Accuracy
Please inspect your shipment upon delivery to ensure you received the correct quantity of items. If your order was incorrect, contact us at hello@jesusdoll.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number, a photo of the contents, and a description of the issue.
If approved, we will promptly ship the correct item(s) at no additional cost.
Defective Items
We proudly stand behind our products. If your item is defective, we will gladly replace it with a new one.
Before contacting us, please ensure your doll has been properly activated. If the issue persists, email hello@jesusdoll.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number, a photo or video of the issue, and a description of the issue.
If approved, a replacement will be sent promptly. Refunds for defective items will only be issued if a replacement cannot be provided.
Returns
We gladly accept returns of new, unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

If a return causes the order to no longer qualify for a coupon, promotion, bundle, or discounted pricing, the refund will be adjusted to reflect both the returned item(s) and the loss of promotional pricing.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy. Please ensure your return meets the policy requirements before you ship it.

Refunds
Refunds are issued only after the returned item is received and inspected. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. You will receive an email notification when your return is complete. Processing may take up to 14 days, and refunds typically post within 5–7 business days.
PayPal Purchases: Refunds for PayPal transactions are issued only after the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Credit & Debit Card Purchases (Stripe): Refunds are issued only after the returned item is received and inspected. Refunds may reflect restocking fees, promotional pricing adjustments, or non-refundable shipping charges. By completing a purchase, you agree that refunds are subject to these conditions.
International Orders
All orders shipped outside the United States are final sale. We will replace defective items; however, returns are not accepted for international orders.
International customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, shipping, and customs fees associated with their purchase.
Final Sale / Holiday Items
During holiday periods, limited-time promotions, or special sales events, return eligibility and processing times may vary. Items marked “Final Sale” or purchased during promotional events may be non-returnable unless defective. Promotional pricing, free gifts, or bundle discounts are contingent upon meeting qualifying purchase requirements. If a return causes the order to fall below those requirements, the refund will be adjusted accordingly.
